Barracuda 2 Buell is the last model made by the constructor and was supposed to replace the 1125R model in 2011 before the production was stopped by the mother company Harley Davidson.
Firs you can observe a change in the style, managing to change the organic design of the old 1125R in an angular one,modern. The body covers the frame, the exhaust is hidden and the tail accentuates the dynamism of the superbike.

Barracuda 2 Buell is 9kg lighter than the 1125R having 161kg, it has a reversed Showa BPF Fork(Big Piston Fork),chain transmission and side radiators that keep the engine heat at a steady level.
The V2 Rotax engine on the Barracuda 2 has suffered some modifications the stroke is bigger, the valves are made out of titanium and the compression was increased to 12.8:1, a tweak that resulted in a greater power for the engine, 11HP, and the same torque 111Nm.

Magpul, an American gun accessories maker,decided to adopt Buell after Harleys decision to abandon it. Magpul called this new bike Ronin, being totally different from the version it started, Buell 1125R. Nobody knows if they`ll release the final version on the market or it will be just a prototype…
